In 1992, Infantino became the CEO of the North American branch of Clarks.<ref name=":0" /> In 2011, he headed a partnership with New Balance titled Drydock Footwear; this partnership contained the shoe brands Cobb Hill, Aravon, and Dunham. Drydock merged with the Rockport Company in 2015, and Infantino was the CEO until 2018.<br />
