Fong was born on September 26, 1978. He completed his graduation from the Marist College North Shore, Sydney, Australia.

== Career ==
Fong started his career in 2003 when he joined Magnus Advertising and Marketing as the New South Wales sales manager. Fong worked for over eight years with this firm, where he was responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies and supervising the sales team along with building long-term client relationships.

After his exit from Magnus Advertising in 2011, Fong joined The Catch Group as the Head of International markets. Fong worked for over six years with this firm, contributing to the development and execution of their travel business across the globe building long term relationships with Luxury Hotels.

In 2017, Fong joined Luxury Escapes, a leading Australian travel company, as partnerships and contracting manager. Fong serves as a subject matter specialist for all Bali tourism operators and Luxury Hotels while connecting clients, celebrities, and social influencers to his Instagram page, The Boss of Bali.
